My name is Jason Stokes, and I write the Litter Walks blog. I live in St. Louis, travel a lot, and aspire to someday become a college professor. I’m very interested in walkable neighborhoods, sustainable living, and recycling. I spend a lot of time both walking and running around the city (a byproduct of a one car lifestyle), and often find myself dismayed with the amount of garbage found on the streets. One day on a run, I thought to myself – “Why not combine exercise with cleaning up the neighborhood?” – so I went home and started up this website.
